Refund policy

We want you to try Monarchs Crackers with confidence, so we offer a 30-day refund policy on your first order.

You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, but this policy applies only to your very first purchase.

Different customers under the same household will be treated as the same customer.

Refunds are limited to the value of one bundle from your first order (not the full order if you purchased multiple bundles).

If your first order included more than one bundle, your refund will be adjusted so that the bundles you keep are charged at their full non-bundle price.

For example, if you buy a bundle of 3 and request a refund on 1 bundle, your refund will be calculated so that the 2 bundles you keep are charged at full price, plus delivery if applicable.

Refunds are always based on the price you actually paid at checkout, including any discounts or promotions.

If your refund is approved, we’ll process it back to your original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Please note: if your order was faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you will receive a full refund with no fee.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Opened packets cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We provide free exchanges with no handling fee, though price differences apply if exchanging for a higher-value product. Only unopened, sealed packets are eligible for exchange. Exchanges can only be requested once per order.

United Kingdom 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, Monarchs Crackers products are perishable food items and are therefore exempt from the UK’s 14-day “cooling-off” period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
This means we are not required to accept returns or cancellations simply because you’ve changed your mind - but we do offer our own generous first-order refund policy.

Cancelations

We do not cancel orders after they have been placed. Similarly, we do not cancel subscriptions for customers. We provide an always-available subscription dashboard where customers can manage their subscriptions with just a few easy steps.
