We offer free express delivery on all orders over £30.
For orders under £30 the following shipping rates apply:

We deliver in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man.
We will notify you when your order has been sent.
In 1 to 2 working days your low carb snacks will reach you.
Order gone missing?
Sometimes the postal system runs a little slow. Please allow up to 10 working days for your Monarchs Crackers to arrive.
If your order hasn’t turned up after 10 working days, we’re really sorry – please get in touch at hello@monarchscrackers.com and we’ll look into it and make it up to you.

Entered the wrong delivery address?
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout – once your order is on its way, it can be difficult to change.
If you realise there’s a mistake:
- Email us or use our contact form as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.
- Our Customer Team will do their best to update it, but this may not be possible if your order has already been packed or dispatched.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a Royal Mail tracking number.
- If the address is still local to you, you may be able to redirect the parcel to another location (such as a pickup point or alternative address) using Royal Mail’s tracking page, if that option is offered.
- If the parcel is already out for delivery, it may be too late for any changes to take effect.
Once an order has been handed over to Royal Mail, we’re usually not able to change the address ourselves.
If Royal Mail can’t deliver because the address is incorrect/incomplete, or because the parcel isn’t collected from the delivery office/depot, they may return it to us.
We can only re-ship or refund your order if, and when, the parcel is actually returned to Monarchs Crackers in good condition.
If your parcel is returned to Monarchs Crackers:
- You can choose to have it re-sent to an updated address.
- Or you can choose to cancel the order. In that case, we’ll refund the product cost, minus the original postage (including where you originally qualified for free delivery).
We’ll contact you by email if a parcel is returned to us.
If we don’t hear back from you within 5 working days, we’ll cancel the order and process a refund on the above basis (deducting the original postage).
If Royal Mail does not return the parcel to us (for example, it’s delivered to the address you entered at checkout, or it’s lost in the network after being sent to that address), we’re not able to offer a free replacement or refund, as the order has been fulfilled to the details provided.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Delivery Charges and Refunds
Delivery charges are not refundable, unless your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If you received free delivery from a discount or order threshold, and your refund or partial return brings the order below that threshold, the standard delivery fee may be deducted from your refund.
International Deliveries
We currently only offer UK shipping.
International orders placed with us will be refunded but please do get in touch with us at hello@monarchscrackers.com if you have any questions.
